A holiday house with exquisite views in the Porto Rafti gulf gave its place to a new double-storey building with a basement and an attic of total coverage of 422 m². It is built on four levels with a tiered surrounding area and provision for a swimming pool. A modern construction adapted to the local architecture, on a sloped allotment allowing unobstructed view of the entire gulf.

The possible future subdivision of the domicile in three independent one-floor apartments in conjunction with the high demands of the owners was indeed a challenging call.
